Description

This unique house was built in 1948 and is located in the heart of the Axarquia region of Malaga near Canillas de Aceituno. It has been refurbished in 2022. It contains all the authentic and traditional architecture of the area and the modern and functional of the current architecture. The animal areas have become part of the current house.
Inside, there is a large, open-plan, elastic area where everything takes place and which acts as a distribution axis for the rest of the rooms.
It consists of a living-dining room and a kitchen. The living-dining room is decorated with antique and design furniture. The kitchen has been designed to be totally integrated into the space, a modern and contemporary kitchen that is built with top quality materials. From this large area there is access to the three bedrooms, on one side there is a bedroom with a large fireplace. This bedroom has a dressing room and an en suite bathroom. On the other side of the house, you access the other two bedrooms which share a large bathroom.
Once outside, the house is totally independent, you can surround it in its entirety. The land is terraced and planted with fruit trees, avocado, orange, lemon, fig and a carob tree. Drip irrigation and water from a communal irrigation ditch, shared with the regents of the area. The front terrace has a sitting area with a green roof that protects from the sun.
In the uncovered area there is a pool, which has been converted into a swimming pool equipped with a salt water purifier. Also on this terrace there is a small room that has been converted into a laundry room.
On the upper part there is a solarium. The back terrace has three different areas, a social area, a summer dining room and a storage area.
In the heart of the Axarquia region of Malaga, surrounded by mountains dotted with white houses typical of the area. Views to La Maroma and very close to the Natural Park of El Saltillo. At 20 minutes from the beach of Caleta de Velez and 45 minutes from Malaga city.
