The first step of the purchase process consists on paying 3.025 € (2.750 +
VAT) so that it would be reserved on buyer´s name and remove from sale.

2.- 10 + VAT of sales price,
minus the amount of 3.025 € already paid as reservation.
In the same way, the payment of the extras chosen for the property will be
paid at this time.

3.- 10 + VAT will be paid at the end of the structure of the building.

4.- Percentage remaining to the writing firm
The remaining price plus the corresponding VAT will be paid at the time of
signing the deed of sale and delivery of the keys to the property.
