It has the benefit of both Local and International schools plus an excellent Sports Centre. The beach is about 4 mins by car or a 20 min walk, where if you wish you can then walk into the trendy Marina of Puerto Banus with its Designer shops and waterfront restaurants and then on to Marbella where you can take the Ferry back to the Marina at Banus
For those who enjoy mooching around the markets, San Pedro has an excellent Fresh food market on a Thursday with fruit, vegetables and spices from throughout the Mediterranean.
There is also the fresh fish market in the town with a variety of local catches.

Malaga airport is about 50 mins drive using the Toll road, it is a City rich in Historical buildings and a magnificent Cathedral.
The next Airport is at the famous Rock of Gibraltar, about 1 hour - where you have to cross the actual Runway to enter the town of Gib - if you decide to go...don´t forget your passport.
Seeing inside of the Rock is something special - very popular if there is a Music Recital or Concert being held inside one of the huge Caverns for just this purpose.

A little bit of History of Gib - Royal Engineers´ Monument.
Presented to the people of Gibraltar by the Corps of Royal Engineers to commemorate the continuous service given by the Corps on the Rock of Gibraltar from 1704, and the formation here in 1772 of the first Body of Soldiers of the Corps, then known as the Company of Royal Artificers 26th March 1994.
You can see 3 different countries and 2 separate Continents from there.

The Costa del Sol has any amount of Sporting activites - Golf, scuba diving, horse riding (one of the best schools on the Costa del Sol is at Estepona) and for those who enjoy Clay shooting an excellent site at Alhaurin de La Torre.
For the very energetic…the walk to the top of La Concha ,the highest mountain in Marbella at 1200 metres is a feat worth completing.
The location of this property allows you easy access to all points of interest - Malaga to Gibraltar and inland to the Natural Parks and Countryside
