La Ola, Azlea Beach, Puerto Banus A superb modern 2 bed, 2 bathroom garden apt in excellent condition. It has a large covered terrace with a gate opening into the Communal gardens which have a good size swimming pool and a childrens pool - both fenced for safety.
A car is not necessary as there is Public transport nearby likewise local shops and restaurants.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach where you have a variety of Beach Chiringitos to eat at while enjoying the evening sun or you can either walk along the Paseo into the bustling traditional Spanish town of San Pedro with its many quality restaurants and tapas bars, or you can stroll along to the Glitz of the famous Marina of Puerto Banus - from here you can keep walking to Marbella and visit Orange Square and sample the life of the Old Town - or take the Ferry from Banus to Marbella Marina and walk or bus it back - depending upon how fit you feel !

There is a large Saturday Market at the Bullring in Nueva Andalucia, just up from Puerto Banus where you will find everything from Crafts to Antiques to Quality clothing - go early if you want a coffee as the cafes fill rapidly.
San Pedro has its own market on a Thursday held at the top of the town close to the Ronda rd where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and spices from all over Europe.

About 15 mins drive will take you to Estepona where in the Marina a Sunday market is held opposite the Bullring wher you will find an abundance of leather goods and quality fabrics.
The Orchid House known as the Orchidarium in Estepona is certainly worth a visit - check the opening hours, a fabulous Modern Botanical garden.

For the Sporting enthusiasts there are Tennis Courts at San Pedro, for the Golfer, you are spoilt for choice with the Courses in Nueva Andalucia...known as Golf Valley, no matter which direction you travel you will find a Golf Course to suit your needs.
For the person interested in SCUBA diving I would recommend the Offical Dive Institute at Benalmedena tel 952562365 www.cursobuceoprofesional.com ( I use them myself)
Those who come to Spain and enjoy Shooting - try the Clay Club at Alhaurin - plenty of disciplines for a Clay Pidgeon enthusiast - I prefer clays to the live thing.

For those with children still in Education there is an excellent choice of International schools

There is a choice of Airports, Malaga, always worth a visit into this Historic City...especially at Xmas, when the Festive Light display in Calle Larios has to be seen and heard !!! It is about 45 mins drive or you can book the Express Bus from Marbella - takes the same time and is less than 10 €

The opposite direction will take you to Gibraltar Airport - about 50 mins to an hour - you have a Border to cross. worth a visit always to see the Rock itself and visit inside - fantastic when they organise Concerts for the accoustics. - Don´t forget to take your Passports !!! From Gib you can see 3 different countries and 2 Continents.

As I said this is an excellent location and allows the owner so many opportunities locally and just a little further afield to enjoy the Costa del Sol.
