The district of La Carihuela, which was originally a small fishing village, has become very famous, because of its many fish and seafood restaurants, regarded as some of the best in Spain. In Torremolinos you can also find other attractions, such as the Torremolinos Aqua Park, with the highest waterslide in Europe, the Crocodile Park or the Botanic Gardens.
